Who is Eligible?

Anyone who is 18 years of age or older and care givers are welcome. Pre-registration is necessary to attend as space is often limited.

How long does it last?

Workshop last from one to one and a half hours

How much does it cost?

It is free to all participents and their caregivers

What do I need to bring?

You may wish to bring some paper and pen to take notes. However there is nothing else you will need

Do I need to register?

Yes both yourself and anyone else who will be joining you must each pre-register. Space is limited and to make sure you have a guaranteed seat pre-registering is necessary.
