All Self-Management Workshops are Currently Suspended

We are taking the necessary precautions and suspending all Self-Management Workshops in an effort to do our part in protecting you and our peer leaders. If you are registered as confirmed or you are currently in a workshop, you will be contacted soon with further information.

If you are interested in an online version of self-management, follow the link here. This is a web based program you can do in the comfort of your home.
